This renewable, need-based scholarship provides financial support throughout a Gates Scholar's undergraduate career and into graduate school for those who choose to study in one of the seven graduate disciplines: computer science, education, engineering, library science, mathematics, public health or science. October 20th is the Beta District Convention at John A. Walker Center in North Wilkesboro. Beta Club members going must pay $15.00 and have their permission forms by Thursday, Sept 30th noon.
