Track Practice begins today at 3:30. We will meet in the lobby in front of the office. Anyone interested can still join, see Coach Shepardson.
Spring Weight Room hours will begin today. The weight room will be open from 5 to 6:30 PM Monday through Thursday nights for any athletes wishing to get workouts in. See Coach Shepardson if you have any questions.

Coaches vs. Cancer is back!
Get in free at the basketball game Tuesday night if you wear your formal attire with your favorite tennis shoes. They pay $1.00 to be in our famous "Cat Walk" during the varsity girls basketball game. You will have a chance to win $20.00. All proceeds for the Cat Walk go to the American Cancer Society.
Hearts for the Haiti
All proceeds for the heart suckers sold at the school store will go toward Haitian relief.
All interested Upward Bound Students will have a meeting Tuesday, Feb.9th during Break in Mrs. Hall's Room. A representative for ASU will be here to talk with all students interested.
